Returns Policy

Returns are accepted on unopened products 14 days after the purchase date. Following that time period, we unfortunately can not offer an exchange or refund. To be eligible to return an item, it must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Also, it must be in the original packaging. To make your return easy, please include the proof of purchase or receipt.

Returned Items

When we receive your return, it will be inspected. You will be notified by email if the return has been accepted or denied. If approved, the refund will be processed and the credit applied to your payment method within 3-7 business days. Refunds are not available for wholesale orders. If your refund has been approved but you have not seen the credit, first check with your bank as it takes some time for it be processed and post to the account. If it still has not posted, please contact us.

Sale Items

Discounted sales items cannot be refunded.


If an item arrives damaged, we will be happy to exchange it.

Gift Items

If you receive our products as a gift and need to return it, we will issue a credit based on the value of the return. When you return an item, we will issue you a gift certificate that can be used for future purchases. If the original purchase was not identified as a gift, the purchaser will be refunded via their payment method.
